BLEU CHEESE COLE SLAW

Package of prepared cabbage for slaw
Several slices fried crisp bacon, crumbled
Diced tomatoes
Prepared Out of This World Dressing to taste

CHICKEN WRAPS
|
|
Large flour tortillas
Thin fried or baked chicken strips
Chopped lettuce
Chopped tomatoes
Crisp bacon slices
Shredded cheese
Prepared Out of This World Dressing

Fill tortillas with the next five ingredients, then spoon the dressing over and wrap tortilla burrito-style. Toothpick if necessary to keep in place....cut in half and enjoy!!!

BLT DIP
|
2 Cups prepared Out of This World Dressing
6 to 8 slices crisp bacon, crumbled
1 or 2 chopped tomatoes
Chopped green onions to taste
Mix all ingredients above and serve chilled with chips. |

BITE-SIZE POTATO HORS D'OEUVRES
|
Boil tiny new potatoes in jackets until tender.
Cool, cut in half.
Dollop 1 teaspoon prepared Out of This World Dressing on each.
Salt & pepper.
Garnish with bacon bits and chopped chives. |

BIBB LETTUCE SALAD WITH PEARS AND BLEU CHEESE
|
1 Cup Pecans
1 Tablspoon light corn syrup
1 Tablspoon honey
Bibb letturce, washed, dried and cut into bite-size pieces.
Salt & Pepper
2 to 3 oz. Prepared Out of This World Bleu Cheese Dressing
2 to 3 oz. crumble bleu cheese
2 ripe pears, peeled, cored & cut into small strips. |

Oven at 350º. Spread pecans on cookie sheet and bake about 5 minutes. Stir together corn syrup & honey in bowl. Pour over nuts and toss to coat. Bake until nuts are glazed...about 5 minutes. Remove from oven. Toss lettuce with Out of This World Bleu Cheese Dressing in large bowl, salt & pepper. Divide into 6 salad plates. Sprinkle equal amounts of cheese, pears & nuts on top. Serve immediately.

2 to 3 chopped tomatoes
6 slices fried crisp bacon, crumbled
Celery salt to taste
Celery seeds to taste
Salt & pepper
Mix with prepared Out of This World Dressing
