GOURMET BLEU CHEESE DRESSING MIX

My name is Becky (Mrs. R.), and I am an owner/member of Out of This World, LLC. We have a scrumptious recipe for a dried Bleu Cheese Dressing Mix. My four daughters and I started our business in 2000 at which time our product was being manufactured as a bottled dressing in St. Louis, Missouri.

With refrigeration involved this presented many challenges, and we wanted something we could get to all our customers. We always had faith in our product, and last summer we perfected our recipe. We now have a new dried package mix. Just mix our spices with mayonnaise (we recommend Hellmann's®) and bleu cheese crumbles with a little bit of water or milk, and you have it!

My recipe has been in our family for 45 years. We finally followed the advice of friends and family who, over the years, suggested that we go commercial. We have had the bottled version of our Bleu Cheese Dressing in over 70 grocery stores in Missouri, and once again we are starting over with our dried package version. Hopefully, we will surpass that previous number many times over.

I live in Nixa, but our business is based in Springfield, Missouri where two of my daughters, Vicki and Janet, live. My daughter Karen lives in Blue Springs, Missouri, and my fourth daughter, Cindy, lives in Marine, Illinois.

We now have a manufacturer in the Kansas City area that produces our product. We plan to expand our business by adding new products in the future. We have an excellent, delicious 45-year old meat marinade in mind as well as other products. We will keep our website updated to let you know when these new lines become available.
